I’ve fallen head over heels for Bourjois makeup and minus the blusher (F&F Tesco) and the Mascara (Benefit) the rest of my makeup is dedicated to the popular little or rather large high-street beauty brand. I find their foundations are a perfect match for my skin and aren’t too thick, leaving a natural and light look. And with a flicked liner being a favorite of my everyday makeup, for anyone who loves a cat eye id recommend their “Clubbing Ultra Black Liquid Liner”. It stays put and brushes on in one sweep so no need for “coloring in” unless you use the makeup tip where you have too.

Possibly channeling my inner goth in this outfit but i kind of like it. I picked the mesh maxi skirt up on a whim from Topshop thinking it wouldn’t be that flattering but its its turned out to be one of the most flattering skirts i own! The mesh overlay material is really floaty and with it being see through shows off your silhouette in the underskirt. Its one of those skirts you can dress up & dress down and I’m always one for versatility!
I wore this out shopping so teamed it with a loose grey crop tee from H&M. I’m really not a fan of tummy flashing cropped tee’s, they remind me a little too much of being on holiday in the 90’s. However most of my skirts are high-waist and so some crop tee’s sit right on the waist and save me from that high waist skirt problem of tucked in t-shirt bulge! Im a big fan of studs and spikes so this H&M necklace was a bargain find at £7 and also comes in gold. Teamed with a studded bag and im good to go!
