It’s only recently that I finally managed to bring myself to cut down the stupidly large lip product collection I was growing and rid some of those shades I no longer took a fancy too.

However as the saying goes, ‘out with the old and in with the new’.

The Rodial Glamsticks have to be the most beautiful scented lip product I own, with a mix of cocoa butter and hint of coconut its practically Summer in a stick. The butters themselves contain hydrating ingredients such as cocoa butter and protecting ingredients such as vitamin E, all whilst providing a wash of highly pigmented but also buildable colour to your lips.

The shade ‘Crush’ is what I can only describe as a creamy beige shade with a slight peach undertone. I’ve been on the hunt for a brown/ nude shade for a while as I’ve been getting bored with my usual ‘your lips but better’ pink tones. So this a great everyday silky lip butter that adds hydration, protection, colour and a healthy sheen… it pretty much ticks all the boxes!

The shade ‘Revenge’ is much more of a milky hot pink shade that you could either dab on for a light day time butter or build up the coverage for a bold and bright pink lip. This shade is typically one i own and i do have some similar but the Rodial Glamstick will be one I’d be reaching for over the rest.

All the benefits of a lip butter with the pigmentation you’d expect from a lipstick. Its creamy texture means your lips don’t dry out and the formula does stay on the lips for quite a while with the odd top up after eating and drinking. I’ll definitely be purchasing more shades and consequently building back up my lip product collection!
