Panache Autumn Lingerie Review

Antoinette Bandeau bra set from Panache (*)

I don’t think I’ve never posted about underwear or even thought about about it, but there’s a first time for everything right? I have to admit I do have a lot of love for those pretty under garments and although I’m not one for matchy-matchy, what girl doesn’t want a comfortable lacey silk set hidden under her slouchy tee?

I was recently contacted by Panache, a leading D+ lingerie brand that specialises in fit, support and comfort for as small as a 28” back and as big as a G cup.  They offered me the opportunity to choose a set from their autumn collection and review it. Now this was tricky one as I had to whittle it down to just 1 set from their 14 beautiful pieces.
I’m a big sucker for the classic balconnette style, it shapes beautifully adding that extra little oomph, so I finally decided on the Antoinette Bandeau Bra with the lace brief. This seductive style has beautiful lace layering with attention to detail from tiny silver beading on the delicate bows placed in the center of both the bra and brief.
The fit of this bra is incredible. It sits perfectly under the bust offering support and comfort whilst looking incredibly flattering on top. I typically go for pretty over plain when it comes to underwear and that usually results in the bra straps (although they look pretty) being so delicate and detailed that they dig in. However the straps on the Antoinette Bandeau bra are a little thicker than my typical bras and therefor are more comfortable but still offer that pretty detailed look with the bows.
The brief has an elasticated waist band that is layered over with a satin look material making them sit perfectly on the hips without digging in. The fit is very true to size and unlike most lace briefs that bunch up in the wash and immediately start fraying, the lace used on this brief gives them the seal of approval from my washing machine.
