Finally an outfit post! It feels like such a long time since I posted one. They’re one of my favourite types of posts to throw up on the net but I’m forever in a rush and never have time to snap away.

I’ve been in such desperate need for a sensible winter jacket that will last me longer than my trusty leather but I just can’t seem to settle on a style. And although this is my favourite season for fashion, I’ve been taking a little too many trips to the beauty counter instead of the clothing racks.

But despite the lack of new clothing I’ve been pulling out some old pieces and teaming them together with wintery knitted accessories. The striped top I picked from River Island a few months ago. The cropped style fits perfectly with my high waist skirts with just a flash of skin and its ¾ sleeves means it’s that extra bit cosier with a bit of layering.

I’m still attached to my fedora style hats and have a forever growing collection. I’ve wanting to wear them more than ever through winter instead of your typical beanie or beret style hat. However this pain in the ass windy weather is just too much for this head topper to stay put and I can only imagine myself chasing it down the road like a crazy lady. Now THAT would be embarrassing. I guess I’ll have to come up with some new design that will be no match for the stormy weather.
