I never use to be a watch wearer; in fact I’d never really owned one up until a year ago when I received my Marc By Marc Jacobs rose gold beauty. But since then I’ve become a quite attached to the round face time-telling bracelets. They’ve become more of an accessory than a ‘watch’ and my collection is coming on quite nicely.

My latest edition to the collection is this classic white face watch which was sent to me from a kitsch looking website named Born Pretty. Their website has a large range of womens watches from the vintage looking to the boho beaded style to the more popular studded numbers. After scrolling through their website for a ridiculous number of hours I finally chose the class black strap, white simple plain faced watch that has almost a vintage look.

I really like the large face of this watch. Its simple style means it looks great stacked with bracelets or more elegant on its own. I’ve worn in numerous of times and always received compliments. For the bargain price of £5.95 (which is cheaper than most high street stores) the strap looks pretty pricey and is very durable. The only negative comment about this watch is that the battery died quite quickly, however after replacing it with a standard watch battery its back up and running. It’s a great watch to accessories with and I will definitely be purchasing some to spruce up my wrist wear.
